Join us to lead innovation, deliver critical cloud infrastructure solutions, and drive exceptional results across enterprise environments. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cloud Delivery Manager to lead a technical team responsible for supporting and maintaining Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role demands a blend of strong technical capabilities, leadership acumen, and strategic vision to drive system performance, availability, and reliability for mission-critical workload running in OCI. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and hands-on support for customers across named accounts, regions, or product/solution portfolios, based on organizational alignment.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for a technical delivery team supporting the full customer lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing support & optimizations in OCI.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a diverse team of Cloud delivery architects , System Analysts, and Technical leaders.
  • Foster a customer-first culture that prioritizes satisfaction, performance, and long-term value.
  • Drive territory revenue, resource utilization, and other key departmental goals through effective management and planning.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and Oracle Sales to ensure customer success and service excellence.
  • Ensure ongoing customer referenceability and loyalty, contributing to sustainable, profitable revenue streams over the long term.
  • Champion initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all delivery operations.
  • Oversee the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of production systems and software within Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Perform analysis and administration across multiple environments, identifying and recommending solutions to enhance availability, performance, and supportability.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, leading root cause analysis and resolution across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure all systems meet high performance, availability, and scalability requirements consistent with enterprise and cloud environments.
  • Manage and support Oracle production environments, including patching, upgrades, and bug fixes for both OCI and Oracle workloads running in OCI.
  • Participate in and lead on-call rotation support to respond to critical issues as needed.
  • Drive standardization efforts across Oracle’s hardware and software stack to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) 
  • 5+ years of leadership or people management experience in a technical environment.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle technologies, databases, and cloud services.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing high-availability and high-performance production environments.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or client management role
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring, logging, and automation tools
  • ITIL certification or similar process improvement methodology
  • Exposure to other cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and others
  • Experienced in planning and executing multi-cloud adoption strategies.
