Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Agent to promote our brand, products, and services while building strong customer relationships. The Marketing Agent will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution:

   • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

   • Track and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.

2. Market Research:

   • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

   • Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.

3. Customer Engagement:

   • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through outreach and follow-ups.

   • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

4. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.

   • Provide regular feedback to the team on customer preferences and market dynamics.
