Executive Assistant - Global Communications

Spotify is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our two Co-Heads of Global Communications. You’ll play a central role in keeping two highly visible leaders and the wider Communications team moving in the right direction—across priorities, meetings, projects, and time zones.
The best candidate is endlessly curious about Spotify and the artists, creators, and authors we serve: how music, podcasts, audiobooks, advertising, and product fit together, and why each decision matters. The better you understand the business, the sharper your judgment about priorities and opportunities to improve the Spotify Comms machine.
