Be the voice and energy behind the school. This role involves capturing campus life, sharing student stories, faculty stories, helping with social media content, and keeping people engaged with the School of Business. You would be providing support and assisting the Dean of the School of Business in other various ways such as mail pick up or other various office tasks. If you love photography, networking, content creation, and are “in the know” of on campus activities then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Help promote events in fun and creative ways; attend campus events and gather photos; keep in touch with students and faculty regarding upcoming events; also assist with other various administrative support for the Dean.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication & organizational skills
Comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and others
Willingness to learn new skills
Able to meet deadlines with reasonable accommodations
Able to attend on-campus events and collect photos; can collect photos from various contacts made via networking
Good at multi-tasking
CHARACTERISTICS PREFERRED
Outgoing, creative, respectful of others, and collaborative
Loves content creation and taking photos
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Canva or Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite products, involved with campus activities, knowledgeable about the School of Business
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Working indoors and occasionally outdoors; minimal lifting required
