Operations Senior Supervisor

Operations Assistant Coordinators are responsible for upholding the standards of safety, quality, guest service, and efficiency while overseeing and guiding the Ride Coordinator and Operators. This position will play an active role in problem solving, training, scheduling, discipline, and motivation.

We are currently looking for a:

 

Operations Senior Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

• Schedule Team Members on Quinyx
• Create daily schedule and ride relief schedules
• File/scan paperwork daily
• Host morning meetings with Rides and Park Services Team Members
• Assist Ride Coordinators with daily tasks
• Train team members on rides
• Assure safety of guest and employees by making sure safety procedures/guidelines are followed.
• Ensured team members know proper safety procedures and have accurate ride knowledge through routine ride audits.
• Focused on guest service and ride efficiency
• Resolving guest and team member concerns or complaints
• Emphasize a guest focused atmosphere by having fun and keeping our team members motivated
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Ride Coordinators, Operators, and Park Services Team Members
