About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join the team of a Small and Medium Business Technological Platform. The team will work closely with users coming to us though web and mobile applications. Our purpose is analyzing and collecting metrics of users engagement, retention and activity, etc. to effectively work with users, understand their needs and offer them product and processes they want to achieve their goals. 

What you'll do:

• Design and build the front-end and back-end aspects of Android applications

• Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of applications

• Analyze and fix application bottlenecks to improve performance

• Implement new technologies to maximize app development efficacy

• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to determine and develop new features

About you:

• 3+ years of professional experience building Android native applications.

• Expert in Java and Kotlin programming languages.

• Experience with REST services.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes.

• Strong experience developing, releasing, and maintaining an Android app. 

• Good understanding of system and architectural design.

• Strong ability to dive deep into existing code and identify root cause of issues. 

• Proficiency with offline storage, threading and performance tuning.

Compensation and Benefits:

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training.
