Senior Officer (Planning & Development) (After-Sales Services)

The Job

• Assist to outline procedural guidelines and workflows for the launch of different Schemes.
• Process and follow up the vetting of applicants’ eligibility by retrieving land search/assignment/data-matching records and cross-checking with HA.
• Provide quality after-sales and customer services including handling verbal and written enquiries/complaints.
• Support seniors to compile regular checklists and statistical reports.
• Provide technical support in drafting PowerPoint presentation, performing UAT and updating information on HS’s websites for public assess.
• Coordinate briefing sessions to facilitate the issuance of certificates.

The person

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Business Administration, Management, Property Management, or related disciplines with minimum 2-years’ relevant experience. or Diploma / Certificate holder with minimum 4-years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in after-sales services, customer services, property management or real estate, and familiar with the mechanism of subsidized housing scheme is a definite advantage.
• Dedicated to work, good communication, interpersonal & organizational and customer services skills.
