About the role

About Heading Health: Heading is on a mission to accelerate mental well-being through connection-based care. We have designed an outcomes-led approach, pairing clinician know-how with interventional treatments that when paired with talk therapy offer better outcomes for difficult-to-treat mental health conditions in adults. These already FDA-approved treatments are Spravato (esketamine) and ketamine offered with psychedelic therapies (MDMA, psilocybin, and others) likely to be approved over the coming years.

Heading Health’s Mental Health Destination: Mental health care is often inaccessible, unaffordable, and is so often ineffective. At Heading Health, we utilize developments in clinical research, insurance coverage, and technologies to deliver the best outcomes for our patients. Our core values are patient-centered care, utilizing innovations to continue improving healthcare delivery, and being a leader in transformative care.

How Heading Health Will Lead the Future of Mental Health: The secret sauce has been and always will be our clinical care teams. It begins and ends with compassion: Compassion for our patients, our teammates, and ourselves. We have unmatched experience in delivering safe, effective interventional treatments and are guided by a world-class clinical advisory board.
