Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading company’s ongoing projects thru initiation,

planning, execution, control, and completion. They work closely with the leadership team and team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. This section should include a brief description of the overall purpose of the job and its contribution to the organization.

• Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
• Communicate project status (both formally and informally) to clients and internal teams
• Resolve and/or escalate potential issues to management in a timely fashion
• Manage client satisfaction within project transition period

In addition to the above, effectively coach and manage a team of project managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an acredited university preferred
• Proven experience in project management leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• Experience owning and driving all aspects of a detailed, multi-component program from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Committed to exceed client expectations
• High personal standards in all aspects of work (quality and attention to detail)
• Strong work ethic, business acumen, and articulate, professional manner
• Budget management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. MS Project a plus
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner

Minimal overnight travel, as required

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $97,000 - $136,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S.  The base salary range represe
