BAYADA is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services for Early Intervention and pediatrics throughout Delaware. If you do not have a Delaware license, we are available to provide assistance in obtaining one, if necessary.

How we prepare our SLP's for Success:

• Comprehensive training and professional development
• Paid orientation
• 24/7 clinical support
• Continuing education scholarships

Available SLP Shifts:

• Full Time: 25 visits per week M-F
• Part Time: 18 visits per week M-F
• Per Diem: 5 visits per week M-F

Early Intervention SLP Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with families using coaching model.
• Support developmental outcomes.
• Uses electronic documentation system for each visit. 
• Complete weekly home visits

Requirements:

• Early Intervention or Pediatric experience required
• License active and in good standing

Pay: Up to $75 per visit
