What You Will Do:

  • Utilize business program and project management techniques to implement business process improvements and develop programmatic enhancements to meet rapidly changing requirements and priorities, providing the ability to meet department-wide mission needs.
  • Implement financial analysis and reporting techniques to provide strategic financial planning to enable branch leadership to meet department-wide strategic mission requirements. Employ data modeling, tracking and forecasting for the leveraging of strategic resource allocation management.
  • Conduct due diligence in validating the branch's portfolio of assets and related support services by maintaining vast oversight, to extract relevant data to prioritize mission essential needs; and collaborate with stakeholders, government, and commercial entities to improve process development in the branch's internal tracking systems. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and key mission partners across complex organizational constructs to achieve component objectives.
  • Lead workstreams and teams with autonomy and independence, navigating high-pressure client situations and comprehensively strengthening and reinforcing a long-term strategic relationship.


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a Full Scope/Lifestyle (FS) polygraph
  • Minimum of completed Associate's degree
  • Minimum of SEVEN (7)+ years' of experience
  • Technical experience with Microsoft Office Suite


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Completed Bachelor Degree
  • Previous experience supporting US Intelligence Community business process optimization efforts related to sensitive areas.
  • Working level knowledge of client-specific business and financial systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Adobe
  • Polished and professional communications skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight.
