About the team…

You will be the engineering lead for the Latam Engage CrossMedia Team, under Consumer 360 in the WBD Machine Learning and Growth Organization. The Engage CrossMedia team is based in Atlanta and responsible for building mission-critical applications supporting International Ad Sales. Development includes audience segmentation and advertising campaign optimization across broadcast linear, social media, and streaming video platforms. We are growing our very adaptive team that creates high quality, revenue generating products.

You must be a hands-on Engineering Manager with the knowledge, motivation, and energy to lead the making of data-rich solutions. You’ll work with some of the best product managers, data architects,

software developers, and senior management in the industry, design, prototype, and build cloud-based data solutions, using an Agile process and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Specify, design, and build cloud-based ML, decision-support, BI, and data warehouse applications

• As the technical subject matter expert for one or more products or product feature sets, provide leadership among the team building production quality, supportable, and maintainable applications

• Take ownership and assume overall responsibility for solution functional correctness, design, code quality, and deployment

• Architect solutions using cloud infrastructure that performs well at minimal cost

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, security vulnerabilities, and operational issues

• Provide leadership for continuous integration and release management in a DevOps environment

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience building data-rich solutions, with strong Angular, Node, Python, SQL, and cloud architecture knowledge

• Competency in infrastructure-as-code, data architecture, and API creation
