Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-level or Senior Staff Analyst (level 3 or 4) to join the 747/767/777 Fulfillment Organization team in Everett, WA.

This exciting position will support the 747/767/777 Fulfillment Organization.  This is a key role in providing communication, tracking, organization, and consistent execution and integration across the organization.  Our team provides support across the Everett Site, and this is a great opportunity for an energetic staff analyst to shape and influence how the organization is run on a daily basis.

Primary Responsibilities:   

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Delivers informational or technical materials.

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

  • Support process improvement projects in alignment with One BPS.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders

  • 1+ years of experience developing plans for organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives

  • 1+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality delivery

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Familiar with Boeing One BPS and Boeing processes and procedures

  • Experience with Supply Chain or Fulfillment organizational processes

Typical Education/Experience: 

Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
