As a Senior Director of IT Infrastructure you will drive our organization's technological evolution and infrastructure capabilities. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing and strategically advancing of our IT infrastructure to support transformational change and foster innovation. 

Leading a team of dedicated professionals, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure while optimizing costs and driving operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals to support business growth and transformation.
• Lead the transformation of our IT infrastructure by leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and agility.
• Cloud: Define and implement a robust cloud strategy ensuring security, resource optimization, and scalability.
• Network: Ensure high availability, resilience, and security of networking infrastructure, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to align with business objectives and ensure service delivery excellence.
• Ensure IT infrastructure compliance with industry regulations and standards, focusing on data protection and privacy.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Skills / Background

• Proven experience in driving transformational change within complex global organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering, architecture, and delivery in complex global organizations.
• Highly motivated continuous learner with an ability to understand diverse viewpoints.
• Proven track record for building high performance technical teams.
• Ideally, experienced in a fast-paced SaaS business or similarly complex tech environment.
• Exceptional at influencing senior stakeholders, leading change, originating ideas, and championing and gaining commitment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly.
• Mature understanding of foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology strategy, quality management, and human dynamics)

Qualifications:

• Proven IT infrastructure leadership
• Expertise in cloud and networking technologies
• Strong vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology leadership roles
• Preferred, but not required: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

Travel Requirement: Up to 25%

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$157,950.00 - $310,050.00
