About the role
The Associate Technical Project Manager will provide oversight and facilitation to Engineering projects/scrum teams to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. The role will resolve challenges that arise in project teams by offering expertise, identifying resources, and facilitating discussions.

Expected Duties:
- Associate Technical Project Managers will effectively lead existing scrum or project teams, with support and guidance from seasoned project managers (s) or management
- The role will educate team members on agile processes with assistance
- Expected to use JIRA to support teams, including report generation with assistance
- Associate Technical Project Managers will gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications
- Responsible for serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments and Sr. role to ensure that all targets and requirements are met
- Expected to keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action with assistance
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions with assistance
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- Experience with JIRA and Agile a plus
