In this position, you’ll deliver in-field coaching, training, and support to our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Member families. You’ll help build a stronger, more connected team that truly makes a difference.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Experience: 2+ years in caregiving or related fields (I/DD, nursing, education, senior care, etc.)
- Availability: Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek (split between remote and field work)
- Adaptability: Flexible scheduling to support your team’s evolving needs
- Certifications: Valid CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- 55 Hours of state approved training
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and digital tools
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle for travel in your region
- Behavioral Knowledge: Familiarity with behavioral management practices
- Heart for Care: A deep, authentic passion for caregiving and helping others
Role Expectations
- Work on a 20/20 model:
- 20 hours in the field providing direct member support
- 20 hours remote/administrative (may exceed 20 field hours based on need)
- 20 hours in the field providing direct member support
- Travel: Approx. 40% travel within your assigned region (mileage reimbursed)
- Case Management: Oversee 50–60 members and their associated caregivers
- Team Development:
