At Coca-Cola, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in our manufacturing processes. As such, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Serve as the driving force behind the implementation of the maintenance work schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed with high quality and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between production supervision and the maintenance department to facilitate communication and coordinate improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee and coordinate plant maintenance requirements to achieve necessary upgrades, modifications, and repairs in partnership with planning and scheduling teams.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess equipment failure models and mean time between failures (MTBF), recommending improvements that reduce or eliminate equipment and process failures.
  • Manage maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement to align with evolving operational demands.
  • Implement fail-safe mechanisms to capture maintenance work order data regularly, promoting a systematic approach toward maintenance service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Technical/Trade school background Preferred.
  • CMRP certification or equivalent Preferred.
  • 4+ years of production plant experience with a robust mechanical/electrical aptitude.
  • Proven ability to estimate labor hours, visualize jobs to be performed, and manage materials effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex situations using tact.
  • Strong administrative skills coupled with proficiency in mathematical calculations and paperwork management.
  • Readiness to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
  • A firm commitment to customer service, displaying an orientation towards meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal customers.
