You will be involved in working on challenging assignments, assisting our client's trough they transformation and organization change journeys. You will also be part of team creating industry leading solutions in widely understood project management services.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your key responsibilities</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>You will support our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey, actively becoming a trusted advisor in project management matters for both clients and EY colleagues.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will provide consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practises to serve client needs. You will work with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>You will be advising our clients within the context of transformation projects in FSO sector. This involves a business-oriented and holistic perspective with innovative approaches.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Responsibilities include:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Advising banks and financial institutions on optimizing and restructuring processes, digital solutions, and transformation processes.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Collaborating with colleagues from various departments within the global EY network, taking responsibility for project progress, and providing professional leadership to team members.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Communicating with clients and managing clients’ expectations;</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Generating new business potentials, ideas for products, services, and processes through customer-centric prototyping and creating product visions in finance sector.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Utilizing a range of methods from project management to Design Thinking and Lean Startup.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Skills and attributes for success</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Good planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture as well as focused on details and errorless delivery.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent professional communication skills, ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of details, terminology, and fit-to-purpose communication.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to work in a continuously changing environment, proactive with can-do-attitude, looking for solutions and opportunities.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong project management skills including agile methods.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>To qualify for the role, you must have</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Completed degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on finance.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>3+ years’ experience in consulting within FSO sector (banks, financial agencies, funds, European Institutions) together with comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Analytical mindset, allowing you to deeply understand topics and implement successful transformation strategies.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong team and customer orientation, willingness to learn, high engagement in responsible tasks, and a holistic view of the overall picture.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent communication skills in both English and German.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Ideally, you’ll also have</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span>Relevant certificates such as PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP SAFe Agilist, Prince 2, Product Owner.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency, if applicable, in project tools like Teams, Jira, Trello, GitHub, Miro, Slack, ServiceNow, Triskell, etc.</span></span></li> <li><sp
