Description

PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece is currently looking to hire an Information Security Consultant.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Lead/Participate in Information Security and IT governance projects.
• Interact with customers on a regular basis.
• Compare current practices against legal and regulatory requirements, international standards and best practices.
• Prepare management reports and system documentation: policies, procedures, etc.
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Develop a familiarity with new tools and technologies.
• Work as a team member and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Requirements

The candidate must have the following skills and education:

• BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Management.
• Familiarization with modern Information and Communication Technology and particularly information security hardware and software solutions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a number of projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Capability to learn about legal and regulatory requirements, international standards and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

The following will be highly appreciated:

• Work experience in a similar position,
• Postgraduate studies on Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Working knowledge in IT Management procedures, Risk Assessment, ISO Management Systems.
• Professional certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, CISA, CISSP).
• Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation, agile development techniques, containers and virtualization.
• Interest in all aspects of security research and development.
