Traveling Superintendent, Commercial Roofing

We are partnered with an industry leading commercial roofing contractor and they are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead their commercial roofing projects (Industrial Roofing). As a key leader, you'll oversee project sites, ensure timely completion, and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of Superintendent experience, with 2-3 years in commercial roofing preferred
• Fluent English, with Spanish language skills a plus
• High school diploma or college degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams, fostering mutual trust, respect, and continuous improvement
• Manage roofing crews to achieve annual plans and project goals
• Meet KPI targets, ensuring quality, safety, and cost performance
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
• Monitor and address deviations from standard work
• Analyze and improve project operations efficiency
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Foremen, and Department Heads

Travel Requirements:

• Travel up to 90%
