Major Responsibilities:

• Directs security and public safety operations to protect people, information, and property in all types of locations. Facilitates the provision of a safe environment for patients, visitors, physicians and associates. Ensures the implementation of the Security and Public Safety Service Level Agreement. Monitors the physical security, public safety, and parking programs across all types of operating units and sites in the assigned region to ensure compliance with in accordance with Departmental strategic goals, policies, procedures, and guidelines.?
• Focuses on internal customers. Identifies needs, develops relationships, develops and implements solutions, and collaborates to promote the successes of assigned Public Safety Departments. Analyzes service needs and coordinates prioritized services to meet the needs of the site. Meets with site and program leadership on a scheduled basis to seek feedback and address concerns.
