What you do:

 

The Senior Analytics Consultant will be responsible for analytics support which helps Allianz better understand, measure, and drive improvements in Marketing.

 

A successful candidate will have background in:

 

• Integrating various data sources, including campaign data, operational data, and behavioral data to identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing outcomes
• Campaign Analytics including delivering campaign measurement and identifying actionable insights from the data to drive improvements in future campaigns
• Test design to generate audiences to drive engagement in marketing campaigns
• Performing complex queries on various data sets via SQL
• Conducting advanced analytics, such regression analysis, cluster analysis, or factor analysis
• Designing and building reports and dashboards that enable business teams to understand key metrics and trends
• Digital marketing experience

What you bring:

 

• 4+ years of experience required in Data analysis, data quality, reporting, coding, visual modeling, consulting, project management, interpreting/communicating insights.
• Four-year degree required, Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Business.
