The Production Support Specialist 2 is responsible for on time and accurate follow-up on daily material movement in partnership with the Manufacturing Asset Team(s) and drive cross-functionality initiatives to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Main focus of the role is controlling, moving, and reporting accurate amounts of inventory for operations.
- This is done by standard inventory processes including but not limited to SAP ERP, Cycle counting, analyzing of queries and troubleshooting.
- The individual will manage a collection of on-site daily deliverables to material movement.
- Coordinate, manage, and complete the daily transfer of materials throughout the digital inventory system into Classified areas/cleanrooms.
- Resolve any discrepancies found with the appropriate stakeholders to track daily team KPIs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot inventory issues in a timely fashion and keep stakeholders informed.
- Routinely monitor stock levels within SAP and correct any inventory discrepancies for all common areas in Grade D and supporting rooms.
- Maintain general supplies and stock materials for daily usage by production team in the cleanroom environment (stock gowning supplies, spare bin, etc.)
- Allocate materials to applicable project using appropriate transaction code. May also complete job closures/inputs into the inventory management system, SAP or equivalent.
Key requirements:
- Able to communicate orally and written in a professional manor, highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work within a team and cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results. Occasionally required to complete assignments under tight timelines and work under pressure.
- SAP, Microsoft Excel, Inventory Tracking System(s)
