The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Treasury Accounting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will collaborate with global teams in Treasury, Legal, Tax, External Reporting and Controllership.
Here, you will make an impact by preparing global treasury accounting activities as well as analysis and account reconciliation of the following areas:
- Derivative/Cash accounting
- Strategic investments
- Prepare various financial reporting schedules used for external filings
- Support internal SOX control processes
- Research accounting guidance on complex transactions including determining proper accounting treatment and drafting accounting position memos
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of finance and/or accounting experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong US GAAP accounting knowledge
- Experience in SAP (ERP System) AND Kyriba (Treasury Management System)
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to identify process improvements and streamline processes for efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work location: Remote - United States
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
