Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Network & Connected Digital Systems Integration Engineer based out of Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate work statements into project plans and engineering processes
  • Analyze metrics data related to project performance, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance workforce capabilities, including training programs and skills development initiatives
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements to streamline work statement integration and project execution
  • Participate in the design and implementation of systems engineering solutions that align with organizational goals
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams to ensure the successful execution of work statements
  • Support airplane certification processes and certification plan integration
  • Contribute to the development of engineering standards, best practices, and documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to systems engineering

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years of experience in systems engineering
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • 1 + years of experience in data analysis tools and techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with aircraft certification
  • Experience with automation using scripting languages (e.g. python)
  • Experience in workforce development and training program design
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment

Typical Education:

Level2

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Level 3

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
