Senior Manager, Global Casting
The Position:
The Senior Manager, Global Casting for Tommy Hilfiger serves as the steward of the brand’s talent vision, shaping the individuals that bring the brand’s stories to life across every consumer touchpoint. This leader drives global casting and talent strategy across campaigns, content, social, and e-commerce, ensuring talent authentically reflects the brand’s values, aesthetic, and global point of view.
Operating at the intersection of culture, creativity, and community, this role identifies and cultivates a diverse, future-focused talent network that fuels compelling storytelling, and deepens consumer engagement. Through a strategic and inclusive approach to talent, the Senior Manager helps define how Tommy Hilfiger shows up in culture and connects with consumers globally.
Responsibilities:
Lead global talent casting across brand campaigns, social content, editorial storytelling, and owned-channel productions, ensuring every talent choice strengthens brand impact and audience connection.
Develop and champion casting frameworks that drive consistency, inclusivity, and cultural relevance across markets while reflecting the evolving needs of diverse global audiences.
Partner closely with Creative, Editorial, Social, and Production teams to identify and secure talent that brings ideas to life in authentic, compelling, and culturally resonant ways.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to seamlessly integrate talent across brand campaigns, social content, and editorial storytelling.
Support content, and always-on storytelling efforts by identifying and securing talent that drives relevance, engagement, and consistency across touchpoints.
Ensure talent selections strengthen narrative impact, elevate creative execution, and reinforce the brand’s storytelling vision.
Partner with Legal and Procurement teams to establish scalable frameworks for talent contracting, negotiations, and usage rights management, ensuring compliance while maximizing value and efficiency across the enterprise.
Oversee campaign and e-commerce scopes of work, performance measurement, driving accountability, optimizing investment, and delivering measurable business impact.
Lead financial oversight of casting budgets, ensuring spend aligns with approved investment plans and business objectives. Partner with producers to monitor expenditures, manage monthly budget phasing for casting, and deliver accurate financial forecasts.
Collaborate with Finance to proactively address budget variances, mitigate risks, and drive operational efficiency across projects.
Establish and champion best practices, operational excellence, and consistent ways of working across the casting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
Additional responsibilities as assigned and needed to support the department and larger marketing org.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10-12 years’ experience in leading Casting and Model Booking within the fashion industry.
- Major experience in a leadership role working on both agency and client-side (in-house) environments. <
