Communication Clerk – Emergency Department | Part-Time, Evenings

As a Communication Clerk in our fast-paced Emergency Department, you will:

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Use the overhead paging system to promptly alert hospital staff when needed.
• Serve as a reassuring point of contact for family members seeking updates on loved ones.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to quality care.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual ability strongly preferred.
