What this job involves:

This position assists the Operations Supervisor and/or Regional Operations Manager in directing mobile engineering services operations and maintenance across all assigned buildings. You will provide direct support to field operations, performance metric tracking and reporting, and implement strategic material acquisition strategies while ensuring optimal building performance and client satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Support preparation of monthly/quarterly operations and mechanical reports, including technical evaluations and deficiencies reports on existing mechanical systems
• Maintain staffing schedules, timekeeping and employment records while planning, scheduling and executing engineering/maintenance work
• Run status and performance reports from JLL CMMS (Corrigo) and coordinate purchasing and inventory control procedures
• Plan work schedules according to established priorities and respond effectively to all emergencies
• Maintain and operate HVAC equipment and all associated systems while assisting with Preventive Maintenance Programs
• Maintain liaison with Chief Engineer/Regional Operations Manager regarding work orders, job completion dates, priorities and estimates
• Make recommendations for systems improvement and Capital Projects through proper management channels

Required Qualifications:

• Universal EPA 608 Certification
• Minimum six years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering with strong background in packaged HVAC equipment repair and maintenance
• Valid state driver's license (must maintain)
• Excellent working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders
• Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application
• Experience managing work orders and utilizing CMMS technology
• Experience working in service-related roles specific to commercial facilities
