Physician Practice Clinical Supervisor

This role is responsible for assisting the Manager in day to day operations of the clinical practice.  The clinical staff member demostrates outstanding clinical and leadership skills; will have responsibiltiy for:  staff scheduling, maintaining lab certification, training and mentoring, compliance with State and Regulatory requirements, participating in and leading quality improvement initiatives.  Will work as a liason to providers in the Practice

Education - Minimum of HS Diploma

Experience - A minimum of 2 years experience in an outpatient clinic setting, leadership experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification - If Medical Assistant - must have at least 5 years experience as a Medical Assistant, certification preferred. If LPN, must be currently licensed in the State of Maryland and have at least 2 years experience. Will consider other licensed clinical specialties such as Radiology Technician with at least 2 years experience.)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Strong team work ethic is essential, must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.  Ability to work in stressful environment while maintaining a professional attitude and communication with staff, providers and leadership.  Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills are critical.
