Senior Acquisition Program Analyst

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Senior Acquistion Program Analyst. The Program Analyst shall assist the M-SHORAD Product Manager and APMs with planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on portfolio programs.

What you will be doing:

• Lead a technical, financial, schedule, and contracting cross-functional team to prepare or support Acquisition Planning & Execution, Integrated Master Schedules, Monthly Acquisition Reporting and Memorandums of Agreement.
• Develop program documentation Statements of Work, Program Management Plans, Technical memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies
• Maintain program event calendar, tracking program status for monthly reporting to higher headquarters, support programmatic and engineering risk assessments.
• Maintain holistic view across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance risk or concerns.   
• Assist by analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded technical requirements.
• Correlate requirements, program plans and schedules to support POM development and budget planning.
• Prepare and present information for weapon system development, component integration, TADASS, and Army Force Structure changes impacting Force Design Update (FDU) and M-SHORAD Production for future capability fielding.
•  Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and other material to inform or assist with Government decision-making. 

What you will need:

• Secret Clearance Required
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Program Analyst experience
