JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The School of Business Administration is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. This opening is up to 12 hours per week. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., two days per week. This opening will begin August 1, 2025.
Job Duties
- Assist students, staff, faculty, and guests.
- Must have experience in organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Perform administrative duties in support of undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Assist with special projects as they arise.
- Work closely with the 13 undergraduate and 3 graduate programs in the SBA.
- Exercise discretion and judgment while managing confidential information.
- Provide backup support for other SBA staff.
- Operate standard office machines and equipment.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Students are not eligible for this role due to the student records responsibilities.
- Typically requires a High School diploma.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage time-sensitive projects independently.
- Consistent dependability and self-starter.
