Seasonal E-Commerce Customer Service

Here is what you can expect on a typical day as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Lou Malnati’s

• You will be on the move. You will be receiving and answering phone calls, and talking to customers and your team.
• Tracking FedEx orders. We want every customer to enjoy our delicious Made from Scratch Frozen Pizzas, even if they live across the U.S.!
• Taking on new tasks as needed. We all have the same goal every day: creating memorable experiences not only for Lou Malnati’s customers but also for Taste of Chicago customers!

• A team you can rely on. Family means something at Lou’s. Ask the people who have been with us for 10+ years. Most have worked their way up from Store Manager and beyond.

Requirements

• Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced office environment
• Excellent intrapersonal, communication, listening, and time management skills
• Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office and internet research)
• Ability to sit approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the office
• Must have the ability to work independently after training
• Must be able to speak and write fluently in English

Additional Information

• Shift availability on Mondays through Fridays until 8PM
• Shift availability on Saturday and Sundays until 5PM
• Full-time (up to 80 hours per pay period)
• Worksite: In person at Lou Malnati’s Support Center
• Job Length: November 2024 through December 2024
• Ability to join the Lou Malnati’s Family full time!
