The role will be responsible for delivering and co-ordinating formal training on Molecular Imaging products (gammacameras, PET/CT). Responsible for post-sales training and support either on-site or via digital platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, is able to train on and demonstrate GE HealthCare Products & Services 

• Creates a personalized relationship with the customers in order to maintain customer satisfaction and engage with new account and existing account sales opportunities to establish credibility with clinicians and drive clinical strategy

• Build personalized presentations based on knowledge gained about the customer, demonstrating how GE HealthCare solutions can improve the customer's business environment

• Develop, coordinate and deliver product applicative training to customers on software and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relation

• Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE HealthCare equipment in given a modality area.

• Co-ordinate initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the zone Clinical Education Manager.

• Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipment’s, maximising image quality and productivity.

• Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

• Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought.

• Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.

• Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.

• Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education

• Document trainings, site visit’s and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.

​​Qualifications/Requirements:

• MICT proven clinical experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills including, team working skills and good communication skills.

• Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve

• Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset

• Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments

• Ability to travel and be at customer sites up to 80% of the working time (annual average)

• Teaching skills or teaching experience

• Empathy and customer centric mindset

• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English

Desired Characteristics:

• Proven track records in clinical applications

• Clinical experience in large hospitals

• Accredited to perform NEMA test

• Healthcare business and process knowledge,

• Persuasive and able to influence clinical decision for GE HealthCare

• Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desire and ability to communicate effectively using local language).
