What YOU will do: 

 

• Collaborate with internal customers, DT subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to define, test, and implement new or upgraded applications. 

• Enable data migrations between applications/systems and contribute to enterprise-level goals targeting common applications across the organization 

• Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) toolchain including a Test Management Solution 

• Provide technical expertise, guidance and mentor employees in the Systems Engineering Discipline including MBSE and digital thread technologies 

• Serve as a leader and role model working within an Agile Release Train (ART) on the implementation, integration, and optimization of digital solutions.    

• Interact with end customers by providing demonstrations or engaging on technical issues requiring subject matter expertise and driving issues to closure.   

• Collaborate with other Digital Technology teams and software vendors to define service and application roadmaps supporting OneCollins.   

• Bring a continuous improvement and growth mindset to drive iterative improvements to our deliveries and team execution.
