This is an on-site opportunity at our plastics manufacturing facility in Champaign, IL.

What you’ll do as a Customer Account Specialist:

• Manage the daily information flow with your own customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers.
• Process orders and help through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment.
• Work with your account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data.
• Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date.

We need you to have:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management
• Excellent communication skill, both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, exciting environment
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
