In Safety Model Operations, we establish internal and external communication mechanisms to solve cross-departmental communication problems to improve communication efficiency. The team is responsible for standardising the project management process, including requirement management, quality management, efficiency management, manpower management, etc. to improve project management efficiency.



The successful candidate must be capable of taking ownership of multiple projects at all stages of their life cycle. Working with cross-departmental teams to identify the needs of our various projects, anticipate pain points, and bring a solution-driven mindset to each task. They will be comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, and be able to set clear achievable goals for themselves & our teams.



Content that the Safety Model Operations Team Leader interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.



Responsibilities:

- Grow the QA team and oversee their day-to-day management.

- Working both independently, and in collaboration with stakeholders, to deliver high performance standards across all relevant projects, and develop a best practice model for maintaining high performance on those projects.

- Responsible for localizing working processes and strategies, managing the labeling projects with the Quality Analysts and providing the labeling results in line with expectations.

- Provide efficient and timely data through performance management practices, and deliver reports to business teams when required.

- Be solution driven with regional and global strategy in mind, and be proactive in delivering these solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, leading diverse teams, and facilitating an atmosphere of communication & collaboration.

- Conduct interviews & other hiring process duties to successfully grow out teams with qualified & capable people.
