As a Digital Solutions Architect, you’ll be at the core of this transformation… defining, designing, and enabling the architecture that powers our API-first, cloud-native banking platform.

• Define & Champion Architectural Standards – Establish best practices, governance, and technology blueprints that align with organizational goals and business priorities.

• Solve for Scale, Security & Performance – Design solutions that are resilient, high-performing, and secure, balancing real-time, event-driven architectures with long-term adaptability.

• Align & Influence Across Teams – Work closely with engineering, product, and fintech partners to drive alignment on technology priorities, estimation, and delivery execution.

• Evaluate & Integrate Emerging Technologies – Partner with vendors and fintechs to explore best-in-class solutions while maintaining a vendor-agnostic approach.

• Bridge Business & Technology – Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure architecture decisions align with business outcomes and user needs.

• Lead by Example – Drive cross-functional collaboration, provide mentorship, and ensure our architecture isn’t just technically sound but business-impactful.

What you will need:

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or engineering, with a strong focus on API-first platforms, cloud-native architectures, and modern SDLC practices.

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and cloud-native services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge), with experience in serverless architectures using
