The Challenge

This role is a pivotal member of the Onetrust Training and Certifications team and will report directly to the Global Director of Training. The Training and Certifications team is responsible for the creation, virtual facilitation, and on-demand elearning certification programs for OneTrust’s global customers and partners. This is a vital role and is responsible for several FY24 high priority training certification projects.  Our strategic goal is to offer more on-demand/elearning certification programs by building off our highly rated virtual instructor-led training certifications for our global customers and partners. 

Your Mission

• Meet with subject matter experts to analyze and determine training needs and determine best modality i.e., VLT, elearning/on-demand or blended.
• Lead/participate in team meetings; mentor other team members on instructional design, content creation/curation, video editing. 
• Perform rapid elearning development in Articulate 360 and video work in Camtasia.
• Create survey and assessment instruments; analyze data from survey and assessments and incorporate feedback or determine edits needed. Gain content QA, technical writing and grammar/punctuation reviews.  
• Conduct pilots on elearning and monitor and implement survey data. 

You Are

You are passionate about provide the most comprehensive and efficient elearning materials possible. You are able to work cross functionally with various stakeholders in a rapidly changing environment and maintain a high level of communication with those involved.

You're Experience Includes

• BS in Instructional Design, Education, or related field  
• 5 + years of working experience in Adult learning theory, Backward Design, designing for personas, rapid elearning development, etc.
• Previous elearning development and instructional design experience in the software industry
• Experience working with quarterly training updates and maintenance schedules 
• Experience in converting VLT training to elearning

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, ATD certification(s).
