- We are creating better products not only within our department but also by coordinating with other services within Rakuten group and each stakeholder.

Position: business planning and development for medical and healthcare services

Position Details

- Responsible for strategic planning and execution of marketing for users of mobile apps related to medical and healthcare.

- Creating and managing a roadmap for the entire business

- Planning, requirement definition regarding new functions and function improvements
- Planning of application UI / UX improvement

- Project management such as progress management and scope definition
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

- Market, competitive analysis

- Business design and roadmap creation

- Design a business requirement(business value, function list, screen definition, etc.)

- Management of each stakeholder

- Other related work such as public relations and PR policy planning-

- The telemedicine business is one of the most challenging businesses in Rakuten, and it is an environment where you can experience business not only within the Rakuten group but also with related companies and partner companies.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- More than 3 years of experience as a business planning or business development.

- Experience in creating documents such as proposal, requirement definitions, etc.

- Experience in promoting business development in collaboration with engineers and designers inside and outside the company

Desired Qualifications:

- Business planning and development experience in the medical and healthcare industries.

- Experience in launching and nurturing new businesses and services

- Experience in dealing with good relationships with all relevant parties, such as coordination with internal and external stakeholders
