In this role you will:

An Accounts Receivable Specialist at Actabl ensures billing is processed efficiently and accurately, investigates any banking discrepancies, conducts daily bank reconciliations, verifies that payments are processed on accounts with terms, and informs the customers about the receipt of payments.

Typical Functions:

• Creates and sends customer invoices.
• Collects on invoices and posts cash accordingly.
• Monitors at-risk accounts to ensure potential problems are accounted for.
• Reconciles and resolves customer claims and disputes and escalates problems as necessary.
• Manages delinquent customer accounts and portfolios.
• Produces and provides customer account reports to management.
• Communicates with customers and internal team on billing matters, as needed.
• Perform related audits or analyses, as needed.
• Other related duties or functions, as required.

• At least 1 year of collections experience

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position and will be part of our Denver office with an expectation of working three days (Tuesday-Thursday) in-office and two days (Monday & Friday) remote. Candidates located outside of the Denver Metro Area will be reviewed and considered if necessary.
