What You Will Do: 

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding new business in your assigned terriotry to meet/exceed financial and business objectives. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets by landing an account, up-selling, and cross-selling. You’ll also partner with an SE to develop and drive expansion opportunities during a customer's term. You’ll manage your own pipeline of opportunities and drive them to close. You will receive support from sales development and marketing in addition to self-generating your own leads. You will lead the customers through their buying process, working with solutions engineers, professional services, and the legal department to demonstrate how SketchUp can address individual critical business issues.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring: 

• Experience or knowledge of the AEC and Design spaces

• 3+ years of software / SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of sales attainment 

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience with a consistent record of sales attainment

• Salesforce proficiency or equivalent

• Proven ability to Influence without Authority and has a Challenger mindset 

• Experience building pipeline and selling software to small, medium, and large corporations

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, acting as a liaison with all other organizations within SketchUp including Sales, Engineering, Product & Marketing

• Results-oriented, self-aware, self-starter

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, manages time effectively

About our Division: 

SketchUp is a suite of subscription products that include SketchUp Pro Desktop, a 3D modeling computer-aided design (CAD) program for a broad range of drawing and design applications — including architectural, interior design, industrial and product design, landscape architecture, civil and mechanical ​engineering.

Compensation:  This position is compensated by a combination of base salary plus commission earnings. Trimble provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

• Hiring Range: 180k-200k OTE +/-
• Pay Rate Type: Salary + Commission
