Accounts Payable Supervisor

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Supervises the daily functions of AP staff with responsibilities for training, disciplinary action and promotion in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Interacts with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Plans and implements AP process improvements to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Review and analyze AP aging and other AP reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vison abilities required by this job include vision and the ability to adjust focus

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4 or more years industry related experience
• 2 years supervisory experience

CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES

Professional certification may be required in some areas
