In this role, you will report directly to the HR Business Partner and play a key part in supporting a broad range of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include responding to employee queries, collaborating with teams across the business, maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, and coordinating leave requests.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing HR function, helping to ensure smooth, efficient operations that deliver real value to both our employees and the wider company.</p><p>This is an entry level role which would suit a recent HR Graduate or someone with some previous HR experience.</p><p><strong><u>Where will you be based and what business will you support?</u></strong></p><p>You will be based in Dublin, and support our Office Cost Management business unit, as you report to the Human Resources Business Partner.</p><p><strong><u>How can you help us?</u></strong><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Serve</strong> as the initial <strong>point of contact</strong> for employee queries, escalating issues to the HR Business Partner as needed.</p><p><strong>Maintain </strong>employee files in both hard and digital copies, ensuring accuracy and organization.</p><p><strong>Manage employee</strong> leave requests and related documentation, coordinating approvals and tracking.</p><p><strong>Participate in HR and office</strong> events and initiatives, assisting with the planning and organization of these events.</p><p><strong>Contribute</strong> to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, with the goal of taking ownership and managing reporting in the future.</p><p><strong>Assist </strong>in the Annual Review Process by gathering review documents and ensuring files are maintained to a high standard.</p><p><strong>Stay informed</strong> about policy changes, assisting the HR Business Partner in maintaining and updating the Employee Handbook.</p><p><strong>Collaborate</strong> closely with office teams and the National Service Centre to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and cross-team processes.</p><p><strong>Coordinate </strong>with the Talent Acquisition team to prepare for on-site interviews, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.</p><p><strong>Organize</strong> meetings and take notes as required, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.</p><p><strong>Perform </strong>ad hoc duties as they arise, providing flexible support to the HR team.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong><u>Are you our kind of extraordinary?</u></strong></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>Ideally, you have intern experience or <strong>1-2 years of relevant</strong> work experience (intership included). </p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant business field.</p><p>CIPD Certification is not required but would be a distinct advantage.</p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p>Demonstrate high proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office</strong> suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.</p><p>Maintain <strong>discretion and confidentiality</strong> at all times.</p><p>Exhibit excellent communication skills in<strong> English</strong>, both verbal and written.</p><p>Proficiency in a second <strong>European language</strong> is an advantage.</p><p>You possess <strong>strong interpersonal</strong> skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and third parties.</p><p>Exhibit excellent <strong>customer service</strong> skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.</p><p>Demonstrate excellent <strong>time management</strong> skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively <strong>balance</strong> workloads.</p><p><strong>Attention to detail</strong> and diligence in all tasks is crucial.</p><p>You understand the importance of discretion and have
