Establish and maintain a positive consistent work environment including personnel policy development, training safety and housekeeping.</li> <li>Participate in shift change brief.</li> <li>Manifest loads correctly.</li> <li>Housecleaning. Keep floor, racks, and equipment clean.</li> <li>Marks off and ID skids properly with the destination and the dispatch number on the outside of the wrap.</li> <li>Shrink wraps pallet to ensure skid integrity is maintained during transit.</li> <li>Loads product in accordance within SOP guidelines to ensure accuracy and load integrity.</li> <li>Loads and unloads trailers in a safe efficient manner.</li> <li>Operates material handling equipment: stretch wrap machines, skid compressor, and skid flipper.</li> <li>Inspects and operates a forklift.</li> <li>Participate in all safety programs as needed for the department.</li> <li>Operates computer programs</li> <li>Fill in with warehouse operations as business needs require</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by shift supervisor.</li> <li>Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>&nbsp;</p> <table width="739"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="341"> <p>Education and Experience…</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="357"> <ul> <li>Excellent
