How you will make an impact:

Iterable is looking for a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer who will build and drive our Enterprise Security program. 

Reporting to the Senior Director of IT, you will work closely with managers and leaders in the Security & IT organization to develop standards, processes, and tools around  identity and access management, observability and enterprise services security.  You’ll help instill a proactive security mindset in the IT organization through training and hands-on leadership by example.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Define and develop our Enterprise Security program in consultation with managers and leaders in the Security and IT organization, serving as the voice of security in IT. 
• Drive security initiatives that evolve our security practices and improve our resilience against insider threats, external attacks, data exfil, and phishing attacks. 
• Partner with our IT management team to ensure security mitigations are carried out in a timely, effective manner and that long-term security improvements receive constant attention in team backlogs. 
• Manage our enterprise security tool stack, ensuring it’s constantly evolving to adapt to the security landscape. 
• Go hands-on to ensure the secure configuration and operation of critical IT services and integrations. 

We are looking for people who:

• Have at least five years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Security.  We understand it might not have been in your job title, but we’d like to see experience in secure configuration and management of enterprise applications and services.
