As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our Salesforce ecosystem.

Position Overview : 

As a Salesforce Administrator at Lemonway, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce platform. Also, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement customizations, and ensure the platform meets the needs of various departments. The ideal candidate is not only well-versed in Salesforce administration but also possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing and implementing new features, functionalities, and integrations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with various departments to understand their requirements, and translating their needs into best practice & scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through regular maintenance and data cleansing activities.
• Training and supporting end-users to maximize adoption and ensure smooth operation. This includes troubleshooting and resolving user issues in a timely manner.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements. You like digging into new and existing Salesforce features. You get excited with tools & their potentialities. You identify unused or underutilized platform features.

• Supporting all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation,
• Maintain Knowledge product structure and Documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, of which at least 2 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Admin and Developer, with a track record of successful implementations, data migrations and optimizations.

• French native speaker & fluent in English
• Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer are mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customizations, and administration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components for custom development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data management and integration best practices.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience gathering requirements and providing solutions to meet business needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are performance & user-oriented, you know how to balance business needs & technical best practices.
