We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on special projects and new product development (NPD) commercialization. This role serves as a critical bridge between Product Management and Marketing, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and impactful go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

· Develop and manage commercialization plans for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.

· Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective product introductions.

· Drive project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for marketing initiatives.

· Monitor and report on project performance, KPIs, and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Manage external vendors and agencies as needed to support campaign execution.

· Champion brand consistency and customer-centric messaging across all deliverables.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus

· 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments

· Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects and product launches

· Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and integrated marketing

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization with multiple priorities

The preferred location for this position is near Tipp City, Ohio; however, we are open to considering highly qualified candidates who are based remotely.

$90,000 - $95,000

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
