Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team and support ongoing payroll operations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday Payroll configuration and support with a strong understanding of US payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and support Workday Payroll solutions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Support payroll integrations with third-party vendors.
• Assist in compliance reporting, audits, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot payroll errors, validate data, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Payroll (implementation or support).
• Solid knowledge of US Payroll regulations, compliance, and processing.
• Experience working in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Open to candidates located in US, Canada, or LATAM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global payroll or additional regions.
• Familiarity with integrations (e.g., Workday Studio, PECI, EIB).
• Prior consulting or enterprise implementation experience.
