Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field. 
2. Minimum eight (8) years of relevant work experience. 
3. Minimum two (2) year of management experience. 
4. Strong background in Supply Chain Management. 
5. Highly developed in management and leadership skills. 
6. Strong negotiator. 
7. Advanced presentation, team facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills. 
8. High level of technical acuity and good analytical skills. 
9. Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office, JD Edwards, and SAP or similar ERP. 
10. Must work well in a team environment with minimal direction. 
11. Track record of achieving goals in a matrix environment. 

1. MBA. 
2. Professional certification (APICS, ISM, ASP).
