Surveillance Audit Specialist

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “Beyond the Best” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’
Championship Service Standards at all times. Conduct “special observations” as approved by the Director of Corporate Security Investigations and Surveillance Management. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Company’s Internal Control System and the Corporate Investigation Department’s policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining a strong working knowledge of other department’s policies and procedures to the extent required to monitor compliance with them. Complete detailed reports on special observations.

Qualifications:

Ability to conduct investigations in a professional manner. 2 years experience as a Surveillance Supervisor with Station Casinos preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.  Must have in-depth knowledge of surveillance systems and computer programs required to complete investigations/observations. Must have in-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and applicable federal, state and local laws. 10.    Must have knowledge of all casino games, including but not limited to Blackjack, Dice, Roulette, Baccarat, Let it Ride, Caribbean Stud Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Slots, Poker, Keno and Bingo. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to the operations, controls, and procedures involved in surveillance activities.
